Search for a list of sequence map features by name
Use this section to submit a list of one or more markers or gene models. Currently only gene calls, BARC potential SSRs or molecular markers are available. A
table containing the chromosome and the beginnning and end positions (in bp on the chromosome) will be returned. First upload a file of
feature names as seen on the sequence map. Then choose the type of features that are in your list. The list can only contain one type of
feature. To search for more than one type of feature you will have to perform two independent searches. The results of the search will
be presented as both an HTML table and a text file that you can download to your computer frome the "Download Results" button
Retrieve sequence map features by type and chromosome
Use this section to retrieve all of the markers or gene calls on a single chromosome or the whole genome. Currently only gene calls or molecular markers are available. A
table containing the chromosome and the beginnning and end positions (in bp on the chromosome) will be returned. First choose the chromosome you are interested in and
then choose the type of features you want to retrieve. The result of the search will be a text file that you can download when the "Download Results" button appears.
