Search for one or more of your sequences (using BLAST) against the soybean, Medicago, or Lotus genomes. The results will be displayed using CViT (Chromosome Visualization Tool). Hits link out to genome browsers and other resources. Synteny will be shown between the "target genome" (the one you are searching against) and the "comparison genome".
