General Phenotype Search Tool

This tool allows you to retrieve some or all phenotypic values for all or some strains from a given year(s) and test(s). You can limit your query to a given location, strain or phenotype.
Note:
  • The drop-down list(s) may take a few seconds to load.
  • The data in tables is a scrollable list.
  • For selecting multiple options in the drop-down:
    • Windows/Linux: Press and hold Ctrl key + click or Shift key + click
    • Mac: Press and hold Cmd key + click
  • Retrieve results button is enabled after selecting data from all the dropdown lists

Strain Search Tool

This tool allows you to enter strain names and retrieve all the years and tests in which those strains were tested.
Note:
  • Enter one strain name per line
  • Do not use comma or any special characters

Specific Strain Phenotype Search Tool

This tool allows you to retrieve phenotypic data for a list of strains. The query can be limited by year, test, location and/or phenotype.
