How to Cite SoyBase
We use references to SoyBase in the literature as one
way to demonstrate the utility of SoyBase to the research community.
Unfortunately, placing only a link within the paper
(e.g., https://www.soybase.org) is not enough as we cannot easily track
these sorts of references. Instead, please also include 'SoyBase' at
least once in your paper as well as the
URL, e.g. ....SoyBase (https://soybase.org)....
When needed a SoyBase reference should be
Anne V. Brown, Shawn I. Conners, Wei Huang, Andrew P. Wilkey,
David Grant, Nathan T. Weeks, Steven B. Cannon, Michelle A Graham, and Rex T. Nelson
A new decade and new data at SoyBase, the USDA-ARS soybean genetics and genomics database.

How to Cite SoyBase or Data Store data
The citation for SoyBase and Data Store data should
always be the citation of the original paper that discribes the data.
That can be found in the metadata file of the data in the data store or
in the SoyBase Project page in the event
that the data was unpublished. Otherwise the data source will be specified
in the tools description
