Comments:Long-chain fatty acids (LCFA) are fatty acids composed of 14 or more carbon atoms. The principle LCFA of soybean oil are linoleic (18:2), linolenic (18:3), oleic (18:1), palmitic (16:0) and stearic (18:0) acids.
